We are committed to providing all of our customers with a safe shopping experience! As a small business, our products are packed with care and with as little contact as possible. However, due to the current circumstances, we suggest cleaning or washing your product according to the directions on the care label. Shipping Policy:

You may experience temporary delays in ordering processing due to added safety measures with COVID-19. We expect all orders placed to ship within 2-5 business days from the date of purchase. Once an order is placed, no changes can be made and we currently do not offer expedited shipping.

Return Policy:
Full Priced Merchandise

RETURNS
Should you choose to return an item, store credit will be issued to you so long as the item is returned within 21 days of its original shipping date and in it's original / new condition with tags attached. Credit will be issued in the form of an eGift Card. After 21 days, returns will no longer be accepted.

Due to added precautions and safety measures, it may take slightly longer to process returns and issue store credit. We appreciate your patience during this time. 

EXCHANGES
You may exchange items of the same or lesser value within 14 days of the original purchase. In the event that the new item is of lesser value, the remaining balance will be refunded and processed within 3-5 business days. 

Sale Merchandise

RETURNS
Items that are sold and marked with a discount of 50% or greater cannot be returned for merchandise credit and are final sale.
